Reimagined USS Enterprise NCC-1701-A : 3

Description

I've been modelling in 3D since about 2006. In all that time, I've only made two USS Enterprises... This is now my third. Specifically, my take on the Kelvinverse 1701-A. I've tried to take element from Sean Hargreaves concept design and improve upon a few things that my personal taste preferred. Most notably, I've done away with the exernalised sensor dish and replaced it with a more inteverted one, like the classic Enterprise-A. It is now covered in a rounded 'bubble',  which is meant to be a focusing lens of sorts; increasing the power of the deflector dish whilst also giving it an extra layer of protection. I've also tried to incorporate the Starfleet delta symbol into the design itself, hence why the nacelles and main hull share that same hooded wraparound structure and when viewed from the sides, there is the suggestion of that delta shape. I thought it was a good way to take the 'hooded' sections from the 1701's warp nacelles a step further.  I would like this ship to be the main setting of a new Star Trek animated series, much in the style of the 'Star Wars: Rebels' or 'Thunderbirds Are Go!' This series could potentially be set just after 'Star Trek Beyond'.
